By using the Hephast app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Hephast is a workout tracking app. It is currently in a pre-release phase and is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change before and after launch.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your synced data from our servers.
Your content
Your workout data belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Not medical advice
Hephast records your training. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
