Delete your Hephast account
You can delete your Hephast account at any time, from the app or from the web. Deletion is permanent: it removes your sign-in and everything synced to our servers.
From the app
Open Settings, then Account, then tap Delete Account and confirm. You need to be signed in.
From the web, without the app
Sign in to your account page with the same method you use in the app (Google, Apple, or email and password), then choose Delete account.
Both paths have the same effect, and both require signing in, so only the account owner can delete it.
What is deleted
Your sign-in details (email address and name) and all the training data synced to your account: workouts, sets, programs, personal records and settings. Deletion completes within 72 hours at most, usually within the hour.
What is kept
Nothing tied to your account. Workout data still stored on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app. Anonymous crash reports were never linked to your account; our error monitoring provider discards them after 90 days at most.

If you have a question about deletion, write to us. We do not delete accounts by email, for security reasons: deletion always goes through one of the two signed-in paths above.
